We love celebrating makerspaces around the area, and one of our favorites is Pasco County Libraries who has joined us for several of our last events.   Pasco Libraries has multiple library makerspaces throughout the county, and this year showcases one of their newest: the Clayworks Ceramics Studio at Starkey Ranch Library!

“The Clayworks Ceramics Studio at Starkey Ranch Library is a studio space for the community to learn about and engage in clay arts. The Clayworks Studio is equipped with six pottery wheels, a slab roller, and a kiln. Patrons can try both pottery and hand building with clay, and have it fired on site here at the library! Beginner to experienced patrons are welcome to attend our programs free of charge.”

At MakerCon, Pasco Libraries will have air-dry clay projects to explore, and you can learn about their other makerspace opportunities as well!
