Gulf Coast MakerCon Vendor & Exhibitor Agreement
The Foundation for Community Driven Innovation (FCDI) is the producer/organizer of the Gulf Coast MakerCon Event (GCMakerCon). In the following agreement, the term “Vendor” will apply to both Vendors AND Exhibitors.
Vendor and Exhibitor Booths Located Outside – booths located outside will provide their own 10ft x 10ft canopy or tent, tables, and chairs.
Electricity – Electricity inside the venue is limited. Vendors must specify beforehand if electricity is needed and we will verify availability. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own extension cords. There is no electricity outside the venue.
Participation – Vendor will participate in GCMakerCon for the full duration of the event. Vendor is responsible for paying full fee, even if vendor leaves early (rain or shine). NO REFUNDS.
Tax Responsibilities – Vendor is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes and any credit/debit card fees.
Permits &/or Licenses – Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any permits and or business licenses which may be required by the municipality. All related fees for permits and or business licenses are the full responsibility of the vendor.
Insurance – Vendor is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage in the event of injury, loss and damage. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold FCDI and GCMakerCon harmless against all claims of injury, loss and/or damage. This includes injury, loss and/or damage resulting from any unforeseeable causes. GCMakerCon accepts no responsibility for damage to vendor merchandise or belongings.
GCMakerCon Rules and Regulations – Vendor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by GCMakerCon and its representatives. GCMakerCon reserves the right to refuse any Vendor or Exhibitor.
